Community Partner Network Membership Tiers
BULB PARTNER — $200/year:

LILLY Education Foundation — Community Partner Network Agreement
By signing below, I agree to the following:
Mission Alignment:
I understand that the LILLY Community Partner Network exists to connect families with trusted service providers in a collaborative, non-competitive environment. I commit to supporting LILLY's mission of ensuring every child has access to the education and services that fit them best.
Community Values:
I will uphold the values of Community Over Competition, Generosity of Spirit, and Excellence in Service. I will treat all families, fellow partners, and LILLY staff with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Referral Integrity:
I understand that LILLY connects families with ALL relevant providers in the network. I will not pressure families, disparage other partners, or engage in competitive solicitation of families referred through the network.
Representation and Privacy:
I will represent my qualifications, services, and credentials honestly. I will protect the privacy of all families and children I serve through the network, and I will not share family contact information with third parties.
Quality of Service:
I commit to providing the highest quality of service within my area of expertise. If a family's needs fall outside my scope, I will refer them back to LILLY or to another community partner who may be a better fit.
Membership Terms:
My partnership membership is valid for one year from the date of payment. I understand that membership may be renewed annually. LILLY Education Foundation reserves the right to revoke membership if these agreement terms are violated.
Use of LILLY Brand:
I will follow LILLY's brand guidelines when using the LILLY name, logo, or Community Partner Network designation in any marketing materials, and will seek approval before co-branded content is published.
