    Welcome! Please complete this form to register for Lunch Link during summer and school breaks. If your family participated last year, you'll still need to submit a new form so we can plan accurate meal quantities for this year.     Lunch Link is designed for school-aged children, if a child in your household is under 3 years of age or 19 - 21 and needs meals due to preschool enrollment, continued high school attendance, a disability, or living at home while attending college, please contact us to discuss eligibility.   • 2026 Lunch Link Program IMPORTANT Information

    Please read the following page carefully as it has important information regarding April and December distributions along with the summer distribution information. If you would like a hard copy of this information or have any questions, please email llebrun@enfieldfoodshelf.org or visit us at 786 Enfield Street between 8:00am to 1:00pm on Monday - Thursday.
  • 2026 HOLIDAY BREAKS:

    ONLY AT ENFIELD FOOD SHELF SITE - 786 Enfield Street (back of building)

    APRIL BREAK DISTRIBUTION - April 14 from 11 am to noon

    DECEMBER BREAK DISTRIBUTION - December 29 from 11 am to noon

     

  • 2026 SUMMER ONLY:

    For the summer we will have 2 sites available for lunch pickup. The site you choose will be your site for pickup throughout the entire summer. Each site will only operate on Tuesday starting June 23 2026 to August 18 2026 and will distribute about 5 lunches per child.

    Below are the details for each site:

    ENFIELD FOOD SHELF - 786 Enfield Street (in the rear of the building): Meal pickup on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to noon.

    HAZARDVILLE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - 300 Hazard Ave: Meal pickup on Tuesdays from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

     

  • Primary Summer Site Selection: If you only expect to use one site due to its time and location, please indicate that using the first or second answer. If you expect to use both sites this summer; please check the last box. (Only one site can be visited per week)*
  • WHAT TO EXPECT AND THINGS TO KNOW:

    - Distributions operate as a drive-thru; please stay in your car and follow signage for the entrance and where to stop for your order.

    - At the time of your order you will be asked for your name (parent/guardians), how many eligible children live in the household, and if there are allergies present.

    -If you are walking please come right up to the tables at each site or a volunteer on site.

    - There will be perishable items included in the meals, please plan accordingly and do not leave items in a hot car for longer than 30 minutes.

    - We will do our best to accomadate for any allergies present in the families.

    - Outreach providers will be present during most distributions; they are there to share resources offered in Enfield. Please feel free to ask them any questions; if you feel rushed just pull off to the side or get their contact information.

    - Ensure you check off the summer site that meets your needs, this is the site that will appear in your file when you check in. Both sites cannot be visited in one day; you will not receive meals if your name is already entered.

    - (Proxies): Families will not be able to pickup other families meals. If this is a concern please call 860-741-7321 or email llebrun@enfieldfoodshelf.org so the situation can be discussed.

    - Every year families will need to submit a new registration form for the Lunch Link program. Once completed then it will be good for all 2026 distributions.

    - This registration is for the Lunch Link program only, if you need to register for the pantry there is a different form to complete
