    The DBIA NYC Metro Region invites you to partner with us for an immersive technical case study and networking experience aboard our inaugural Bridge Lighting Tour and Dinner Cruise. Unlike traditional industry gatherings, this event offers a "living lab" environment where public and private owners, architects, and contractors engage directly with the complex engineering and design challenges of New York’s iconic infrastructure.

  • Sponsorship Terms & ConditionsPayment Fulfillment: Submission of the sponsorship form constitutes a formal commitment to pay the selected amount ($2,500, $5,000, or $10,000). The DBIA National Office will process these applications and issue invoices accordingly.Sponsorship Commitment: All sponsorship selections are considered final. No refunds will be issued due to a sponsor's inability to attend a rescheduled date.Liability: Sponsors are responsible for any risks associated with the distribution of branded nautical-themed gifts or giveaways. The DBIA is not liable for loss or damage to any sponsor property brought onboard.Cancellation & Weather PolicyRain-or-Sail: The Bridge Lighting Tour is a "rain-or-sail" event.Safety Priority: If the vessel’s Captain or local maritime authorities determine that weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, or small craft advisories) make it unsafe to leave the dock, the event may be held dockside or postponed.Rescheduling: In the event of a full cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the DBIA NYC Metro Region reserves the right to reschedule the event to a later date. 100% of sponsorship benefits, including complimentary registrations and logo recognition, will be applied to the new date.*
