  • Welcome to stage 2 of the enrollment process for Great Revelations Academy.
     

    Important Instructions:

    • Please note that when you are scheduling a stage 2 appointment, you must have already passed stage 1 and been instructed through email by the school office to proceed. (Kg through 12th grade)
    • Fill in all required fields
    • Review the form before submitting.
    • Click "submit" to confirm your appointment.

    Accepted Students have the options for in-person registration in either Dearborn or Dearborn Heights campus.

    PRE-K 4 - Dearborn Heights: Limited spots available. Fill out the form below, and office staff will call you to set up an in-person appointment. 

     

    Enrollment Eligibility:

    Pre-K 3 Enrollment Criteria:

    Children must turn 3 years old on or before September 1st to be eligible for enrollment in the Pre-K 3 classroom.

    Pre-K 4 Enrollment Criteria:

    Children must turn 4 years old on or before November 1st to be eligible for enrollment in the Pre-K 4 classroom.

    As you come in during your scheduled time slot, please bring the following documentations:

    Driver's license
    Proof of residence (DTE Bill)
    Birth certificate
    Health Appraisal & Immunization Record 
    First payment (cash, check, Zelle)
