Transcript reviews are conducted only on official transcripts sent directly from the issuing institution. Official transcripts need to be sent to IBC to IowaBC@gmail.com or to our Grand Ave address.

⏱️ Current processing time is approximately 20–30 business days.

Transcript reviews are processed in the order they are received and as staff availability allows. Priority is given to completed applications and recertifications to ensure timely processing of credentialing services.

Please note: Transcript reviews are preliminary and final determination is made during the full application review process.
