Booking Terms & Acknowledgment
Please read the following terms carefully. By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all conditions.
- There is no fee to the host. We do ask that the host provide light snacks for attendees.
- A class sponsor fee covers the instructor and materials. Fees are based on class length: $200 for 1-hour classes, $250 for 1.5-hour classes, and $300 for 2-hour classes. This fee is split among the sponsors.
- Fraser will confirm RSVP count every Monday the week of class. If 8 confirmed RSVPs are on file, sponsor invoices will be sent that day. If the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled and no invoice will be sent. The host and all sponsors will be notified promptly.
- All parties - host, sponsors, and instructor - are required to actively promote the class to fill it to capacity.
- Fraser manages all RSVPs. A registration link will be provided once the class is confirmed. Fraser also creates the class flyer and provides a shared attendance sheet that auto-populates as RSVPs are received.
- If 8 confirmed RSVPs are not on file by Monday the week of class, Fraser reserves the right to cancel. All parties will be notified promptly.
- For classes requiring a specific venue type (Keeping it Reel, Modern Open House Kit), the venue must be confirmed before Fraser finalizes the booking.
- Fraser provides TREC-compliant sign-in sheets, evaluations, and attendance reporting for all CE-approved classes.
