We're looking for someone who gets our values, cares about community, and can hold it down across both our physical shop and online store.

THE BASICS:
Schedule: 10–15 hours/week. You’ll have a mostly consistent weekly schedule, with at least one predetermined Saturday per month. Exact days are set together and may occasionally be adjusted as needed.
Pay: $17/hour
This is a temporary position expected to run through October 31st, with the potential to become permanent if it’s a strong fit on both sides.
THE ROLE:
This role works across both our physical shop and online store, with a strong focus on e-commerce. You'll spend most of your time in the back photographing products for our online store, keeping our inventory pipeline moving, and supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep WBT running online.
When things get busy up front (especially during donation drop-offs), you'll jump in to help and run bins back and forth through the building.
The one Saturday per month is for our $13 Fill a Bag event, one of our biggest and most fast-paced days. This means a high volume of customers, constant movement, and a more intense, high-energy environment than a typical shift. Being able to stay focused, helpful, and grounded during busy moments is important!
Physical requirements: you'll be lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly and staying on your feet. This is an active, hands-on role.
This role is active, fast-paced, and sometimes physically and socially demanding. You’ll be interacting with customers and team members throughout the day, so maintaining a steady, respectful presence is important.
