Bylaws Compliance:
All members must follow the club's bylaws, rules, and regulations, which may be amended over time.
Full Year's Dues Commitment:
By signing this application, I acknowledge that I am committing to a full year's membership dues. The initial membership period extends from the application date through December 31.
Refund and Resignation Policy:
Membership dues are billed annually (Jan 1 - Dec 31). If a member resigns during the year, dues are non- refundable, and full payment is required through December 31. If membership is terminated by the club, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining months.
**By signing the renewal form or completing ACH enrollment, the member acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Renewal:
Billing for renewed memberships will be appropriately applied upon completion of this form. Lack of submission of this form will result in assumption of return to the club with no changes to membership levels.
Default:
If payments fall more than 30 days past due, the club reserves the right to suspend playing privileges until the account is brought current. Any unpaid dues remain the responsibility of the member.
Temporary Leave of Absence:
In cases of extreme circumstances (such as serious medical issues, military deployment, or other significant hardship), members may submit a written request for a temporary leave of absence. Requests will be reviewed by the Director of Golf on a case-by-case basis. If a leave of absence is granted, specific terms will be discussed and confirmed upon approval.
**Please note, new members joining under monthly rates may be subject to a one-time up-front payment to preserve the monthly rate for membership.
