I acknowledge that I am volunteering in support of this campaign and agree to follow all campaign guidelines, policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. I understand that I am expected to conduct myself with professionalism, respect, and integrity while representing the campaign.
Liability Waiver: I understand that my participation as a volunteer is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to release and hold harmless the campaign, its officers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from my participation in campaign-related activities.
Photo & Media Release: I grant permission to the campaign to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes without compensation or further approval.
Confidentiality Agreement: I understand that I may have access to sensitive or confidential information related to the campaign, including but not limited to voter data, strategies, or internal communications. I agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to any unauthorized individuals during or after my involvement with the campaign.
I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from volunteer activities.
