Payment and cancellation policy:

By submitting this registration form, the participant acknowledges that the registration is binding. Payment is due promptly following registration and is required to confirm participation. Cancellations received on or before 7 November 2026 are eligible for a refund of the participation fee minus any applicable bank charges. Cancellations received between 8 November 2026 and 7 December 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the participation fee, minus any applicable bank charges. Cancellations received on or after 8 December 2026 are non-refundable. These terms apply to the event scheduled for 8 January 2027.
