The undersigned, as agent for the applicant organization, and acting on said organization’s behalf, does release Thomas Hopkins American Legion Post 4, The City of Wichita, and Exploration Place from any and all liability that may ensue from any act, function or related activity of the applicant organization, its members, agents or representatives, before, during or after the Wichita Veterans Parade and/or Post Parade Event.
