  • THE OFFSEASON

     

    THE REGULAR SEASON (Dec 1 - Feb 28) is all about LEARNING YOUR SYSTEM and perfecting your role.  Each player has their own unique skill and contribution they offer the team, but this time is for putting our skill to the side and focusing on learning THE TEAM.  We need to understand how our individual skills benefits the overall team.  

    THE POSTSEASON (March 1 - April 30) is all about playing out of our role, and establishing the necessary trust to DO MORE.  Our goal is to continuously develop.  After we learn our system and perfect our role, we don't just want to just "stay there."  We want to play ourselves into more responsibility by maximizing touches.  

    THE OFFSEASON (June 1 - July 31) is designed for recovery and reflection.  While nursing injuries from the long hard season, this time is also about LEARNING from our mistakes while they're still fresh.

    THE PRESEASON (September 1 - October 31) is all about building our bodies stronger and faster.  Getting the necessary reps up to turn our weaknesses from last season into positives, grow confidence, and make ourselves more durable for the fatigue and injuries that are sure to come.

    WEEKLY SESSIONS

    MANDATORY Weekly training sessions with assigned trainer.  Players may not miss more than two (2) classes.

     

    CLOSED RUNS/ APPLICATION TRAINING

    Weekly closed run opportunities for players to apply the skills they're learning.
