    Please note: Only registered vendors may attend the Deafstock Festival. Each vendor representative is required to purchase a $100 one‑day or $200 two‑day general admission ticket. The $185 two‑day discount does not apply, as the booth fee is waived. Tickets are available at deafstock.org/festival-admission-passes.

    Friday & Saturday • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
    Setup begins at 7:00 AM on Friday. Breakdown is at 6:00 PM on Saturday.

    All Points of Contact (POC) and Vendor Representatives are required to wear their one‑day, two‑day, or three‑day Deafstock pass bracelet at all times while inside the Deafstock Festival grounds and the Vendor Area.

    Any POC or representative found at the festival or at their vendor booth without a valid bracelet will be immediately dismissed from the event and removed as an approved vendor by Seth Gerlis or Deafstock staff. This policy is strictly enforced.

    Acknowledgement, Understanding, and Acceptance Statement

    I acknowledge that as a Vendor for DeafStock 2027, I am required to follow all rules, policies, and expectations established by the DeafStock Board of Directors & Staff and by Farm of Dreams Resort Management & Staff.

    I understand that if I—or any representative working on my behalf—fail to follow these expectations, we may be asked to leave the premises immediately, without further discussion.
