During this class, Miriam engages the children in song, dance, and instrument play. Sounds of Harmony Studio provides all of the instruments. I allow Sounds of Harmony Studio to use pictures taken of myself or my child during the class as promotional images for her studio.

By signing below, I understand that payment is non-refundable. I also understand that my child or myself will not participate in the class if we have any symptoms of COVID. If the assigned teacher is unable to teach the class, a qualified music educator from the Sounds of Harmony staff will be provided as a substitute. If the class is cancelled due to any circumstances (including weather), it will be rescheduled. I also understand that I will be present during the class. I also understand that cancellations up until 11:59 PM the evening before a scheduled event will be able to receive a credit for a future class.
