Accurate Information - The individual submitting the application certifies that all information provided on the form is accurate and complete.
Authority to Enter - The person signing the application confirms they have the authority to register and represent the organization, business, or group listed on the entry form.
Compliance With Event Officials - All participants must follow directions given by parade officials before, during, and after the event to ensure the parade runs safely and smoothly.
Agreement to Terms - Submission of the application and signature on the form indicates full agreement to these rules, regulations, and liability terms.
