  • Maintenance Access Policy

    To ensure maintenance requests are completed smoothly and safely, please review the following guidelines:

    All pets must be properly secured before a Maintenance Professional enters the home.
    Residents do not need to be present for maintenance to be completed.
    Maintenance does not schedule appointments.
    For safety reasons, Maintenance Professionals and contractors cannot enter a home if an unaccompanied minor (anyone under the age of 18) is present.


    Please note: A $75 violation charge will be assessed if we are unable to gain access due to pets not being secured, the presence of an unaccompanied minor, or if access to the property is otherwise denied.

    These policies apply to 333Rent’s in-house maintenance team as well as any contracted service providers working on your request.
