Please fill out one form PER SCHOOL BUILDING/GROUP. Early Reservations will be taken from March 29 - August 31 with student and chaperone number *estimates* to ensure seats for your school (These numbers must then be confirmed in the fall with Carolyn Powell once you have your rosters). All Regular & Final Reservations (with confirmed final student + chaperone numbers) will take place between September 1-Nov 1. All reservation forms must be submitted by NOVEMBER 1, 2027. Note that we were completely booked by September last year, so please consider reserving early. We will create a waitlist if needed and notify you if seats become available. THANK YOU!

The recommended ratio is 1 chaperone for every 8-10 students.

We have particular protocols for bussing, arrival and departure:

As you make arrangements for bussing, please share your bus driver name(s), contact number and bus numbers with Carolyn Powell at cpowell@allentownsymphony.org. Pleas also let us know if any students require any accessibility accommodations below, and alert us as soon as possible if there are any adjustments to your student or chaperone numbers. We cannot adjust numbers within two weeks of the show day and time. Prepare to arrive 15-30 minutes before the show begins to ensure we can start on time. As we get closer to the event, we will provide an SOP on our bussing, arrival and departure procedures along with a reservation confirmation letter by email. Please make sure your bus drivers know exact arrival and departure times and stay with their bus in the designated area.
