The individual submitting this form agrees individually and on behalf of minor(s) pariticipating in this retreat to release and hold harmless Deer Creek Camp its agents, owners, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns, from claims of liability.

This release and hold harmless agreement is for claims of negligence and/or gross negligence of Deer Creek Camp and its agents, owners, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns and the subsequent use of photo/videos captured during the retreat for advertising purposes of Deer Creek Camp.

In the event of any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association using the substantive laws of Texas. At the option of Deer Creek Camp, claims may be first referred to mediation prior to instituting arbitration proceedings. Venue for any dispute shall be Bandera County, Texas.
