    Our Fall/Winter 2026 market is a single-day event on Sunday, November 15, 2026.

    Base booth options are:

    • 5x10ft booth - $60
    • 8x8ft booth - $90
    • 10x10ft booth - $110
    • 15x10ft booth - $160
    • 20x10ft booth - $250

    Our priority at Winnipeg Punk Rock Flea Market is to create a safer, accessible, inclusive and supportive experience for people of all ages, gender identities, sexualities, cultures, abilities, health and economic statuses.

    This means not just tolerating but acknowledging and celebrating each other’s differences, and being willing to engage in honest dialogue, receive criticism, and take responsibility and accountability for our words and actions.

    Expectations:

    We expect all participants in our events, including WPRFM crew, volunteers, vendors, sponsors and attendees to follow these principles at all times:

    • Respect others’ physical and emotional boundaries. 
    • Respect others’ identities and backgrounds, including pronouns and names. 
    • Do not assume or make judgments on anyone’s gender identity, sexual preference, survivor status, health status, economic status, religion, background, beliefs, opinions, etc. 
    • Be aware that your actions and words may have unintended effects on other people. Hold yourself accountable for your actions, and acknowledge their effect on others as valid, regardless of your intentions. 
    • Assume positive intent. If someone does or says something that crosses a boundary, gently let them know, but do not immediately assume they intend harm. 
    • Take care of your own safety. If you need to step out, feel free to do so. If you feel unsafe, let the the WPRFM crew know. 
    • If you are subjected to or witness any abusive or inappropriate behavior at a WPRFM event or at any time by anyone associated with the WPRFM, let the WPRFM crew know.


    Unacceptable Behavior:

    We have a zero tolerance policy for hate or discrimination, including but not limited to:

    • Racism
    • Sexism
    • Ableism
    • Ageism
    • Homophobia
    • Transphobia
    • Fatphobia
    • Whorephobia
    • Misogyny


    We reserve the right to, at our discretion, terminate all association with WPRFM participants, including crew, volunteers, vendors, sponsors and other creative or business partners, found to be in violation of this policy in any way, including but not limited to:

    • Views and opinions expressing hate, discrimination or intolerance towards an individual, group or community, including statements, jokes, memes, shared content, and private comments or conversations made public by you or another party or otherwise shared with WPRFM organizers
    • Words or actions causing harm to and/or exclusionary of an individual, group or community, based on age, gender identity, sexual preference, survivor status, health status, economic status, religion, background, beliefs and opinions (exclusions may be made where those beliefs and opinions are themselves harmful or exclusionary)
    • Bullying or other one-sided and/or unprovoked aggressive behavior towards an individual, group or community, whether in-person, online or by other means
    • Any actions causing physical harm to another person or persons

     

  • Contacting the WPRFM Crew:

    If you have a question or concern, or wish to report harassment or abuse taking place at a WPRFM event, you can approach any member of our team. If you’re uncomfortable approaching us in person or wish to report a concern outside of a specific event, contact us at our official email - info@wprfm.ca. Include any details we need to know to investigate and potentially take action, and if/how you’d like us to follow up with you.

    We can and will only review issues directed to our official email. Concerns or complaints made to other channels will not be reviewed or responded to. Those channels include but are not limited to public posts on official WPRFM or other social media accounts, direct messages to official WPRFM social media accounts, and any direct communication to WPRFM team members via social media, messaging app, email or other channel.

    All reported concerns will be kept anonymous unless you expressly consent otherwise.

    Please remember, we are only human. We are a small team of unpaid volunteers doing their best to bring you a badass event.  Not all requests can be accomodated, but we will do our best to address all concerns brought forward.

  • *** Please note: If accepted, you are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, and any other required display items unless you've selected and paid for optional rentals.*** 

    Please make sure you come prepared with all the items you need to set up your booth. Volunteers will be available to help you carry items to/from your booth if needed. We may have additional rental tables available at the market for the same fee listed on this form, but plan to bring everything you need with you to the market. Your acceptance email will list all details about your selected booth, including any selected rental add-ons. Make sure to review the email before planning your setup.

  • Booth fees will be payable by e-transfer or online via our website, and due within 2 weeks of acceptance. Full details will be included in your vendor acceptance email.

    Failure to pay fees on time may result in losing your booth space. If you are having difficulty paying by the deadline, please contact the WPRFM team via EMAIL ONLY before the deadline.

    All booth and rental fees are used towards venue and equipment rental, and other costs of running the market.  WPRFM is a non-profit, 100% unpaid, volunteer run organization.

    As part of our commitment to supporting our communities, we have created a scholarship covering the booth fee for a first-time flea vendor.

    If you're a first time vendor who's new to making and/or markets, you are eligible and we encourage you to apply. Priority will be given to those who identify as LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, disabled, chronically ill, or neurodiverse.

    We use photos and videos to highlight your products in our Vendor Spotlights Please take the time to READ INSTRUCTIONS below
  • Vendor spotlights are a key tool in getting future WPRFM attendees excited about you and your products.

    Upload between 4 and 10 of your BEST IMAGES hlighting your products so that we can promote you to our followers!

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • You must upload at least 4 images before you can save and submit your application
    • Focus on photos of products that you will have available for purchase at the market
    • If possible, include a photo of your standard market booth setup
    • NO SELFIES WITHOUT PRODUCT! Product should be clearly visible/the main focus of the photo
      *** If YOU are the product (ex. a live service) please upload a photo of you in action.
    • NO COLLAGES! 
    • NO UNCROPPED SCREENSHOTS! 
    • File names MUST BE your BUSINESS NAME and a number (ex. WPRFM1, WPRFM2)
