  •  SECTION 2 — VENDOR SPACE SELECTION & PRICING 

    Select your desired vendor space. Pricing reflects event size, amenities, crowd expectations, operational needs, and my refusal to subsidize anybody’s hobby.

  •  SECTION 3 — STOCK TRAILERS (NON-SALES) 

    Vendors may unload but must remove all stock trailers immediately after setup. For future events, fees MAY apply because space is valuable and we don’t run a free trailer park.
  •  SECTION 4 — VEHICLE / TRAILER DETAILS 

    Accurate measurements ensure correct layout placement. Incorrect measurements = placement purgatory and a very angry Raven Queen

  • SECTION 5 — GENERATOR COMPLIANCE 

  • Silent generators (70 dB or less) are required. Your generator will be checked at vendor check-in BEFORE setup.
    If it fails inspection, you may leave to purchase a compliant generator.
    Failure to correct = denied setup. No exceptions. No refunds. No arguments. No chaos.

    NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC
    as Additional Insured is required upon approval.
    Do NOT upload it now. No personal info required until you’re accepted.

    COI must be emailed within 72 hours of approval.

  • SECTION 8 — EVENT RULES & REQUIREMENTS 

  • SETUP & OPERATIONS

    Arrival window: 7:00–10:30 AM

    Last check-in: 11:00 AM

    Vendors must be fully set up 1 hour before the event opens

    Early closure is NOT permitted — remaining “set up” but closed still counts as early closure

    Respect staff, volunteers, attendees, and your neighbors.

    REMEMBER your space is INSIDE your purchased square footage. Tents maybe leg to leg so you will not always have space between you and your neighbor.

    FOOD VENDORS...  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PRICES CLEARLY POSTED OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL DURING THE EVENT.  

     


    TENTS & EQUIPMENT

    Tent weights required Minimum of 40lbs per leg— no exceptions

    Equipment rental fees are mandatory where applicable

    ABSOLUTELY NO SLANT LEGGED TENTS! THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.


    REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

    ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS

    Transfers reviewed case-by-case, not guaranteed

    Payment due within 24 hours of invoice

    đź§ą Cleanliness & Booth Responsibility
    Vendors are expected to keep their booth space clean, orderly, and trash-free throughout the event. All trash, grease, and waste must be properly bagged and disposed of in designated areas.

    Booth spaces must be left as clean as (or cleaner than) when you arrived.
    Dumping trash, boxes, grease, or liquids on the ground or in public areas is not allowed.

    Failure to clean up after your booth may result in a clean-up fee and/or loss of future vending privileges.

    In short: be a decent human, respect the space, and don’t make us chase you with a trash bag.
