Sale of Chametz

Submit the form by March 31, 2026, by 10:00 PM.

Please note that all Chametz must be removed and inaccessible throughout the entire Passover holiday, starting from the specified time!

Submit a separate form for each address you intend to provide.

I fully empower and permit Rabbi Baruch Babaev to act in my place and stead, and on my behalf to sell all Chametz possessed by me [knowingly or unknowingly] as defined by the Torah and Rabbinical Laws and Regulations [i.e., Chametz, doubt of Chametz, and all kinds of Chametz mixtures]. Also, Chametz tends to harden and adhere to the inside surface of pans, pots, or cooking and usable utensils. And all places where I owned Chametz may be found by me. Rabbi Baruch Babaev has the full right to sell and to lease by transaction as he deems fit and proper. For such a period, which he believes is necessary by all detailed forms as explained in the general authorization contracts given this year, Rabbi Baruch Babaev will sell all the Chametz. This general authorization is made a part of this agreement. Also, I now give Rabbi Baruch Babaev full power and authority to appoint a substitute in his stead with full power to sell and lease as provided herein. The above-given power conforms with the Torah, Rabbinical Laws and Regulations, Laws and Regulations of the State of New York, and the United States Government.
