Step 2: Formal Application

Thank you for successfully completing Step 1: Reference Submission.

 
Following a positive initial review, you are now invited to complete the formal application process for leadership within the Nalini Tranquim Foundation (NTF).

 
This stage is designed to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of your character, leadership capacity, spiritual alignment, and operational readiness to represent NTF within your region.

At NTF, we are entrusted with the responsibility of working with young people, churches, and communities across the nations.

For this reason, we uphold a high standard of leadership, accountability, and spiritual maturity. This application process is intentionally thorough to ensure we build a foundation that is:

• Spirit-led
• Accountable
• Sustainable

As we work with young people globally, safeguarding is a non-negotiable priority.

You will be required (if successful) to:

1. Complete relevant background police checks in your country
2. Adhere to NTF safeguarding policies
3. Operate under accountability structures

• I am willing to operate under spiritual and organisational authority

Once your application has been submitted:

• Our team will carefully review your responses
• You may be invited to a follow-up interview
• Background and compliance checks will be initiated
• Final decisions will be made prayerfully and with due diligence
