Fees:
The amount due each month is $180.00 (for 4 sessions) and $60.00 Per additional session requested. Each individual session is $60.00 per session if not purchased as the monthly bundle. Payment will be due when booking the sessions unless prior arrangements have been made with your trainer.


Sessions:
Each session is 45-60min in duration. If choosing the Monthly option it will include 4 sessions for that month to be paid when booking the first session. Each addition session requested after, will be an additional charge. If choosing the individual session option, each booking will need to be scheduled and paid prior to the session date.


Scheduling:
Sessions are to be made by appointment only. Appointments can be made in person or by phone with your trainer. Appointment times and dates are subject to availability, please schedule with your trainer as soon as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts.


Cancellations/ Rescheduling:
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session time. Failure to notify before the designated time will be subject to a fee of $50.00.
