1. The completed application form and the accompanying questionnaire must be submitted not later than the closing date prescribed in the advertisement for the vacancy. (Tel +248 432250)

2. Every Applicant/Nominee must furnish references from at least three persons, two of whom shall be members of the Judiciary, the legal profession or the Bar Association of your country of residence or practice whom you consider will be able to comment upon your qualities and experience. The persons who provide the references must be familiar with your work and therefore able to comment having regard to the criteria under Rules 14, 15 and Schedule 3. The Constitutional Appointments Authority reserves the right to write to the persons providing the references to request any further information.

3. All Applicants/Nominees must respond to the inquiries at Appendix -1.
