Hi, I’m Brittany! I provide mobile notary and process serving services throughout North Idaho. I’m passionate about making what can feel like a complicated process simple, smooth, and stress-free. Whether you need documents notarized or legal papers served, I’m here to show up on time, communicate clearly, and get it done right.
Mobile Notary

Mobile Notary service available within 10 miles of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Includes one notarized signature with stamp. Additional signatures or documents are $5 each. Travel outside Coeur d’Alene is $1 per mile.
NFA Trusts Notary

When it comes to NFA trusts, details matter. With deep knowledge of ATF regulations and real-world experience handling NFA paperwork, I notarize trust amendments with accuracy and confidence. Adding or removing trustees, updating responsible persons—done clean, compliant, and without the guesswork.
Process Serving

Process serving available throughout North Idaho. Mileage is charged at $1 per mile outside Coeur d’Alene. Multiple attempts are made at varying times of day to ensure proper service. A completed affidavit and/or court-accepted proof of service is provided.

This email is typically labeled “Single Shot Trust…” and contains your required documents. Please ensure all attachments are included when forwarding. Each Trustee must provide a signature, and any additional individuals being added will require signatures for both the Appointment and Acceptance documents. By scheduling this appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund. If travel has begun, fees may be non-refundable. If service cannot be completed due to an issue on my end, a full refund will be provided.

Notary Service Requirements: Valid government-issued ID, all signers present, and complete documents are required. Failure to meet these requirements may result in an incomplete service and applicable fees.

Process Serving: Multiple attempts will be made at varying times; however, service is not guaranteed. Affidavit and/or court-accepted proof of service will be provided.

Right to Refuse Service: Service may be refused or discontinued for safety concerns, improper identification, incomplete documents, or requests outside the scope of services.
