Delivery & Pickup Details 🚗

All orders are on a pre-order basis (minimum 3 days in advance).

Daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM—orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed for the next day.

Self-pickup is available at Sam Mansion, Kampung Attap.

Delivery will be arranged via Grab. Delivery fees are based on Grab fares at the time of booking and will be borne by the customer.

Once your order is placed, our team will reach out via WhatsApp or Instagram DM to confirm your delivery or pickup details.

Payment and Preorder Terms 💰

✅ Full payment is required upon preorder submission to confirm your order.

✅ Payments can be made to the QR codes provided below.

✅ Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

✅ Delivery fees will be calculated after the order has been submitted.

✅ Customers will be contacted via WhatsApp shortly after payment and preorder submission to arrange delivery details and delivery fee confirmation.

✅ Preorders operate on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment confirmation.

✅ Due to limited campaign quantities and preorder preparation, all payments made are non-refundable.

✅ Any changes to delivery details must be informed at least 24 hours before the selected delivery date.

✅ Bono Dining reserves the right to adjust delivery timings due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed promptly should any changes occur.

✅ By placing an order, customers acknowledge that product styling and floral arrangements may vary slightly due to seasonal flower availability and handmade presentation.
