Making the most of FoodMicrobionet: a webinar

FoodMicrobionet (https://github.com/ep142/FoodMicrobionet) is arguably the largest and best annotated repository of metataxonomic data on bacterial and fungal. The recent release of a Shiny app to explore the database (https://ep142.shinyapps.io/ShinyFMBN_4_light/) has made access easier even for user who are not familiar with programming in R. Yet I feel that the database is still underexploited. If you are a PhD student, a PostDoc or a researcher working microbial ecology of foods you might be interested in attending this webinar, in which I will illustrate the structure of the database, how you can access it ad provide a few use cases.
