SFW 2026 // Hub Sign Up Form
Sustainable Fashion Week 2026 is taking place between 26 September - 4 Oct.
The deadline to sign up is 30 June 2026. Once you've signed up we'll send you the SFW licence agreement, an invoice for the Hub fee and our brand asset pack. We'll send out another form requesting the details of your activities for the SFW 2026 programme in June. The deadline for confirmation of all activities is July 31st 2026.

Hub Name. Tell us the city or area your Hub is based in. You'll be called, for example, 'SFW Hub: Bristol':
SFW Assets & Branding Terms of Use: I understand and agree to abide by the SFW style guide and branding terms of use when using the SFW branding to promote my activities physically, online and in the press. Please note we reserve the right to remove any Hubs from our programme if they do not uphold our terms of use.

Working Collectively: I agree that I will link my activities to the wider SFW 2026 programme in physical, digital and media promotion to demonstrate that what I'm doing is part of a wider network of action. This includes social media tags and links to the main SFW website where information about all Hubs can be viewed.

Feedback & Reporting: I agree to complete a feedback form after the event to capture key data for use in SFW's Impact Report. This includes monitoring data during your activities - including but not limited to the number of attendees, the number of items of clothing exchanged repaired or sold secondhand and attendee feedback.

SFW Hubs fee: I understand why SFW charges a fee for the inclusion of each Hub and what aspects of promotion it covers. I agree to pay the £25 fee. This is listed in the Taking Part slide deck. Our costs to onboard each Hub will be in excess of £229. Any additional printed assets are completely optional and will be charged in addition to the participation fee based on what Hub would like to use.

Accountability: I understand and agree that A Single Thread CIC (t/a Sustainable Fashion Week) is not responsible for how I plan and deliver my Hub or for the actions of any of my partners or contributors. I agree that I'm not an subsidiary of Sustainable Fashion Week (and will not promote myself, our Hub or host organisation/s as such), but a participant in the event programme who is able to use the brand and logo to promote activity related directly to sustainability in fashion and community climate action.
