Legal Consultation Intake Form
Please fill out this form to help us understand your legal needs. All Consultations are via Phone or Virtual. Fifteen (15) Minute Mediation or Surplus Consultations are FREE. Thirty (30) Minute Legal Consultations require a nonrefundable fee of $75 to lock in the appointment. This fee must be paid before your scheduled consultation date. If you decide to move forward with retaining our legal services, your consultation fee will be credited towards your overall costs. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please do so within 2 hours of your appointment to reserve your fee. We allow up to three (3) reschedules before the fee is depleted.
