Select your property size, add-on options, and preferred payment plan to get a customized quote. This is for 6 months of service, cut and trimmed every week from May 4 2026 - October 30 2026. (during extremely hot weather 35 deg or higher we cut as needed, we still make the trip out and inspect the lawn regardless) Lawn seed and fertilizer applications are early May, early July, late August and mid October.

Steps to measuring you property sqare footage.

1) Bottom left select layers (terrain)

2) Type your address in the search bar

3) Position the cursor on the corner of the property lot and the right click your mouse and select measure distance from the drop down menu.

4) Click points and complete the area by returning to the first point. (select only the grass area)
