Item 3 Proposal

To approve the minutes of the AGM held on Friday 28th March 2025

 

Item 7 Proposal

To re-appoint Xeinadin as the Club Accountants and Auditors for 2026/2027.

 

Item 8 Proposal

To approve the accounts for the year ending 31st December 2025.

(A copy of the accounts is available on Club V1, has been emailed to Members and hard copies are available from the Office for Members who do not have email facilities).

 

 

9.   Proposals requiring members' vote.

9.1 

That the decision made at the 2024 AGM to increase Cat D subscriptions from one third to one half of the full subscription be reversed, and that the Cat D subscriptions to be restored to one third of the full rate, effective from the next subscriptions year.

10. Election of Officials - AGM 27th March 2026

10.1

Election of Secretary for three years

Proposed: Neil Scanlon (Vice-President) Seconded: Andrew Gillin (Membership Chair)

 

10.2

Election of Greens Chair for three years

 

Nomination:             Mr Ashley Ibbotson

 

Proposed: Mr Bill Houghton     Seconded: Mr Darren Murrell

10.3

 

As approved by the Management Committee the appointment of Mr Ashley Ibbotson as Vice-Captain for one year.

 

Proposed:  Mr Darren Murrell     Seconded:  Mr Antony Allsopp

 

10.4

 To elect Mr. Darren Murrell as Club Captain for the year 2026/2027.
