Dear Parent/Guardian
Your child’s taken part in a film that’s being entered into the Edinburgh and Lothians Schools Film Competition by their school/teacher. If the film’s selected to be part of the event, we need your permission to screen it.
Please read the agreement and sign below, and give us your child’s name, school, and class.
By ticking below, you agree for your child (or children) to appear in the film produced at his/her school, and, if selected, to be screened online as part of ELSFC, and for promotional and evaluative purposes by the programme partners Screen Education Edinburgh, Edinburgh Filmhouse, and City of Edinburgh Council.
Permission’s also requested for your child (or children) to potentially appear in photos of the event, to be used on social media channels and/or websites of the partners, and for evaluative purposes with programme funders.
