What’s Included:
- No vendor fee
- 10' x 10' booth space
- Please note: electricity is not available
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup
- Vendor show times will be (Friday's 4PM - 7PM | Saturday's 8AM - 12PM)
Vendor Responsibilities:

Monarch staff will be on-site during our staffed hours for event set-up. There is no vendor set-up prior to 3 PM on Fridays and 6 AM on Saturdays, or you will be required to vacate the area at the request of the City of Hayward Police Department.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth space and removing all trash from their space at the end of the festival.

Trash may not be left on the premises. There will be no place for on-site disposal, so please take all trash with you when you leave.

This is an outdoor show – please be prepared for rain or shine!

The event will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather unless noted otherwise.
Vendor Setup:

Set-up is from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Fridays and 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM on Saturdays for each market date.

You may drive to your booth to unload and load as quickly as possible.

Once unloaded, free parking is available in designated vendor parking lots.

NOTE: Set-up and attendance are at your own risk. Security is not on-site. Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings will not be insured by The Monarch.
Vendor Teardown:

All vendors (art & craft, non-profit & sponsors) must remain set up until the close of the festival at 7:00 PM on Fridays and 12:00 PM on Saturdays.

Tear-down must be completed in a timely manner.

Please have your booth packed up as much as possible before bringing your vehicle to your booth.

Please load as quickly as possible once your vehicle is at your booth.
- Please do not tear down your booth before the designated tear-down time, as it can be disruptive to other vendors and guests at the market. We appreciate your cooperation and help in creating a positive experience for everyone.
