Application Instructions & Rules:
SBAA Scholarship is for any student-athlete who participated in a sport through the St. Barnabas CYO program. SBAA will award one $250 scholarship to a girl and one $250 scholarship to a boy. Please complete this form, and follow the instructions to have one of your coaches complete the Coach Reference form. Both forms must be submitted in order to be considered for the scholarship. Application deadline for both forms is April 15, 2026.
