2026 Aspiring Directors Academy Nomination Form

The Aspiring Directors Academy (ADA) is Ascend Pinnacle's premier board readiness and executive advancement experience for senior executives preparing for public and private company board service within the next 1-3 years.

ADA brings together a highly curated cohort of leaders for an immersive board readiness experience complemented by year long engagement opportunities.

Participants receive:

Access to an elite peer cohort of senior executives
Exposure to board directors, governance experts, and executive recruiters
A one-year complimentary AEN membership
Executive networking and leadership development opportunties thoroughout the year

Invitations to select Ascend executive experiences, including Ascend Engage 2027 and the ADA graduation ceremony.

Applicants should submit a LinkedIn profile and brief statement outlining their board aspirations. Upon acceptance, participants will be asked to submit a program investment of $4,900.
