Typically, we like to do a day before or day after, however we will work this out with our hauler after your event is confirmed. With this in mind, please put any flexibility/non flexbility you have for pickup and delivery.

Generator
Our showcase is fitted to use a generator or a camper hookup. The hookup is fitted for 30amp - 125 volt electrical hookups (2 outlets required). This must be no further than 50 feet from the Showcase location. If a generator is required, we must know prior to the event and fuel must be supplied by the event.

Emergency Delivery Contact Information
We need an emergency delivery contact in case we need to reach someone who is not the point of contact regarding the delivery/pick up of the Showcase. This person is responsible for knowing where the Showcase is to be parked and providing access to the event (if necessary). This person MUST be different than the contact person.
