  • Ally Membership Process (Overview)

    After submitting your Ally Membership application, our team will review your responses. If your application is aligned, a member of our team will reach out with the date for the next quarterly Ally Orientation.

    Following completion of the orientation, you will receive a link to purchase your membership. Membership is activated upon payment, based on the option you select (monthly or yearly).

    All new Ally Members enter a 3-month probationary period, during which you will be gradually integrated into the community. This period exists to prioritize the safety, care, and well-being of Indigenous community members and spaces.

    If any concerns arise during this time, our team will meet with you to determine next steps. This may include additional guidance, accountability processes, or termination of membership depending on the situation.

    If no concerns are raised during the probationary period, your membership will continue and you will be charged according to the membership option you selected (monthly or annually).

    Please note:

    • Memberships may be revoked if community agreements are not upheld
    • No refunds will be issued for any time in which membership was active
