  • • Team, Dance and Cheer Information 

    • All Team, Dance and Cheer Entries are to be sent in to the Director by the  instructor, coach or sponsor. 

    • Please list Group Name and the name of all team members. • Team Routine time limits 2:00 to 3:00 minutes 

    • Show Twirl, Show Dance, Auxillary Solo – 1:30 to 2:00 minutes • Team must consist of 3 or more members. 

    • Props are allowed for team routines. 

    • NOVICE (no more than two [2] 1st place wins) 

    • BEGINNER (no more than four [4] 1st place wins) 

    • ADVANCED (5 or more 1st place wins)

  • • General Information About C.O.P.E.
    • All baton twirling, dance, and cheer are welcome and encouraged to join us – no matter your affiliations or level. We
    welcome everyone!
    • COPE, its employees or contractors, facility, judges, etc., will not be responsible for theft of items during the contest,
    travel to/from the event, injury while at the event, or damage to property belonging to any contestant or spectator.
    • No Late Entries
    • No Refunds
    • No Entering of Contest Day
    • NO FLASH Photography! Video recording is allowed but only by parents/coaches of their own child/student. If you
    video others without permission from the parent/instructor/director, you will be asked to surrender the video and
    leave the facility.
    • Team Awards will be announced at the end of the Title Events. OPEN awards will be posted.
    • This is an OPEN Contest – gymnastic moves will be allowed.
    • Entries will be accepted through June 28, 2026 5pm. Music is also due at this time.
    • Entry form is to be emailed to Director at COPE.Kellee@outlook.com
    • Entry fees are to be sent via Venmo to @Kellee64. NO Personal Checks will be accepted.
    • If you do not use Venmo, please contact the Contest Director for other payment methods.

    • There will be a $5.00 entry fee at the door.
