 Central PA Talent represents children and teens through our dedicated youth division. Applicants may apply as actors, models, or both using the same registration link. 

Families are welcome to register multiple children; however, a separate form must be submitted for each child.

This form serves as Central PA Talent's official registration for youth talent, ages 4 to 17. Please complete the form thoroughly — incomplete submissions may not be considered.

If approved, you will receive an email with specific instructions to continue onto the next phase of our application process.

We kindly ask that all applicants refrain from calling our office. All necessary information will be provided via email. We also offer our signed talent access to our private Talent Hub, where they can find answers to common agency-related questions. We provide early access to this website so talent can review our agency policies and non-exclusive contract before signing.

A parent or legal guardian must be present for any scheduled meetings and must sign our minor talent contract. While a parent or legal guardian does not need to be present at bookings, a reliable adult chaperone must accompany the minor and remain attentive throughout the duration of the time on set.

Please note: Most bookings occur during standard business hours. A flexible daytime schedule is essential for both the minor and their chaperone.

Central PA Talent does not charge signing fees for representation.

A one time $25 activation fee is required to activate your talent account and begin receiving casting calls through our system. Additionally, you will gain access to our mobile platforms.

Once signed, it is the talent’s responsibility to consistently update their professional headshots.
