Event Details:
• Dates: August 6th & August 20th, 2026
•Location: 4th Street near Hop River Brewing Company
• Application deadline: May 11th, 2026
• Vendor selection: May 15th, 2026
• Payment due: June 1st, 2026 (by check)
• Fee: $50 for one date, $75 for both dates
• Vendors receive a 10'x10' zone.
• Fee refundable only if event is canceled due to weather
• Setup: 2:00pm | Event: 4:00pm-8:00pm | Teardown by 9:30pm (No early teardowns)
• Duplicate vendors will not be booked.
• Vendors are responsible for tables, tents, chairs, and any power needed.
