Ability to Participate and Assumption of Risk
ArtQuest activities may include, but are not limited to, the use of paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, woodworking and plaster tools, fibers (yarn, fabric, paper), wax, plastic bags, batik dye, incense, plaster, drawing materials, and sculpting materials, including activities conducted outdoors or in natural settings. ArtQuest San Ramon, LLC takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
By registering your child, you confirm that your child is able to follow directions and safely participate in all camp activities. You understand and acknowledge that participation in art camp involves certain inherent risks, including the possibility of personal injury, and you voluntarily allow your child to participate with full knowledge of these risks and potential consequences.
As the parent or legal guardian of the registered participant, you agree not to hold ArtQuest San Ramon, LLC liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or insurance-related claims arising from participation in camp activities. You further agree to release and hold harmless ArtQuest San Ramon, LLC, its staff, volunteers, and property owners from any liability resulting from your child’s participation in camp. This agreement extends to you, your family members, and any representatives acting on your behalf.
Unexpected Incidents:
*If your child(ren) is not feeling well (has cough, runny nose, fever in the past 24 hrs, eye infection, skin rash, etc.), please DO NOT send them to the camp.
- If your child gets ill during the camp session, parents/guardians or emergency contacts will be contacted immediately to pick up the child.
- In the event of unreasonable conduct towards instructors or other participants, ArtQuest San Ramon reserves the right to terminate participation in the camp session with no refunds.
- No refunds or credits will be given for absences, withdrawals, disciplinary suspensions, or removal of a camper.
**By submitting the payment below, you agree that you are the parent/legal guardian of the above-named child and you are over the age of 18.
