Let your child experience week(s) of artistic expression with our summer-themed arts and crafts at ArtQuest San Ramon

Our Summer Break Art Camp is designed to bring the joys of creating beautiful and fun art and craft projects. 

Throughout the weeks, campers will experience diverse mediums and art styles, exploring drawing, coloring, painting, clay creations, crafting, and beyond.  Each session will have an unique project (no repeat projects).

With our instructors providing personalized guidance, each camper progresses at their own pace, ensuring a dynamic and enriching learning experience.

*We offer morning, afternoon, full-day, and full-week camp
*Early drop-off and aftercare services are available
*Registration is open for ages 4 & above and all types of learners

*Our art camp sessions are mixed-age.

CAMP SESSIONS SCHEDULE: 

Please review the schedule below for the different activities offered. Each session offers a different/original project template.

*Please submit your registration 1 day prior to your selected session for us to better plan our instructors & materials. Same day registration will not be accepted.

*Drop off should be ONLY 10 minutes before the camp session starts. Please select early drop-off care if you plan to drop your camper much earlier or a drop-off care service rate will be applied.

If your child is staying for a full-day camp, please pack snacks, lunch (not microwavable), drinks, utensils, and a personal bottle of water. Please label all your camper's belongings.

ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION:

We design a unique original project or artwork for each camp session, with no repeated projects or templates from previous camps. All projects are thoughtfully adjusted to match each camper’s age and skill level.

Create with Watercolor - Explore the magic of watercolor painting while creating luminous effects and beautiful translucent color blends.

Painting on Canvas: Explore and learn the versatile art of canvas painting through a variety of painting styles, brush techniques, and strokes while creating different themes and subjects.

Paint and Clay: Explore mixed media acrylic painting and create sculpted elements on canvas using clay.

Crafting: Enjoy a fun and educational arts and crafts projects while exploring a variety of techniques and creative skills to make decorative items and handmade crafts.

Clay Art: Build and sculpt creative objects and figures using soft, brightly colored air-dry clay.

Drawing with Us: Create drawings based on a variety of themes while developing observation skills and learning color blending and shading techniques.

Ability to Participate and Assumption of Risk

ArtQuest activities may include, but are not limited to, the use of paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, woodworking and plaster tools, fibers (yarn, fabric, paper), wax, plastic bags, batik dye, incense, plaster, drawing materials, and sculpting materials, including activities conducted outdoors or in natural settings. ArtQuest San Ramon, LLC takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

By registering your child, you confirm that your child is able to follow directions and safely participate in all camp activities. You understand and acknowledge that participation in art camp involves certain inherent risks, including the possibility of personal injury, and you voluntarily allow your child to participate with full knowledge of these risks and potential consequences.

As the parent or legal guardian of the registered participant, you agree not to hold ArtQuest San Ramon, LLC liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or insurance-related claims arising from participation in camp activities. You further agree to release and hold harmless ArtQuest San Ramon, LLC, its staff, volunteers, and property owners from any liability resulting from your child’s participation in camp. This agreement extends to you, your family members, and any representatives acting on your behalf.

Unexpected Incidents:

*If your child(ren) is not feeling well (has cough, runny nose, fever in the past 24 hrs, eye infection, skin rash, etc.), please DO NOT send them to the camp. 

- If your child gets ill during the camp session, parents/guardians or emergency contacts will be contacted immediately to pick up the child. 

- In the event of unreasonable conduct towards instructors or other participants, ArtQuest San Ramon reserves the right to terminate participation in the camp session with no refunds.

- No refunds or credits will be given for absences, withdrawals, disciplinary suspensions, or removal of a camper.
