    • Gold Package includes up to a 10’ x 20’ booth with pipe and drape, two 6’ skirted table, four chairs, one wastebasket and an ID sign. 4 Full Conference Registrations; 4 Expo Only Registrations.
    • Platinum Package includes up to a 10'x20' pipe and drape booths, two 6’ skirted table, four chairs, one wastebasket and an ID sign. Total combined space of 10'x20'. 5 Full Conference Registrations; 5 Expo Only Registrations.


    **FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION includes access to all open networking events, Career Fair & Graduate School Expo, plenary sessions and workshops.

    Start Up pricing applies to companies with less than 100 employees.

    Exhibitors who select Academic/Community Partner as their organization type will be grouped in the Academic & Community Partner section of the expo hall. 

    • Academic/Community Partner package includes one 10’ x 10’ booth with pipe and drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and an ID sign. 1 Full Conference Registration; 1 Expo Only Registration.
    • Solo or Micro Business Sponsor package includes one 10’ x 10’ booth with pipe and drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and an ID sign. 1 Full Conference Registration.

    Eligibility:

    • Federally funded research and development centers (FFRDC) are considered Government partners. Please select Government as your organization type to view Government exhibitor packages.
    • Community Partner rate is valid for 501(c)(3) organizations with less than $50 million in annual revenue. Federal 501(c)(3) tax-exemption documentation is required for nonprofit packages. 
    • Academic / Non-Profit packages are open to the following organizations:
      • Colleges / Universities (non-profit, accredited higher-education institutions)
    • Solo & Micro Business Sponsor package is for sole proprietors and microbusiness entities with fewer than 10 employees and less than $250,000 in annual revenue.

      Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

      Upon receipt of the signed commitment form, an invoice will be sent to the billing contact with a link to a secure online payment portal. A signed commitment form is a guarantee to pay and all invoices sent to the billing contact will require payment. All outstanding invoices must be paid by 8/15/2026 to guarantee inclusion in exhibitor and sponsorship listings. If your organization has any outstanding invoices with oSTEM by 8/15/2026, you may not be permitted to register.

      All financial commitments for the 2026 oSTEM Annual Conference are final. Complete payment is required to receive the value outline. No refunds will be provided for any reason. If a request for a change of exhibitor level or sponsorship is made prior to 8/14/2026, committed funds may be allocated to other 2026 oSTEM Annual Conference opportunities. If a request for cancellation of exhibitor level or sponsorship is made prior to 8/14/2026, 50% of committed funds may be allocated to 2026 oSTEM Annual Conference opportunities and the remaining 50% will be applied to 2027 oSTEM Annual Conference. All commitment forms received after 8/15/2026 will be considered final and payment will be due regardless of exhibitor/ sponsor’s decision to participate.
