FCTR Sports Event Crew Interest Form
Work FCTR events when you are available. We are building a roster of dependable people to help deliver a great experience for athletes, families, and customers at our events. We need friendly, responsible, dedicated, hardworking people with strong customer service skills and the ability to use point-of-sale systems. This is hourly, event-by-event work, primarily on weekends. It is not a full-time or regularly scheduled part-time position. There is no set schedule or guarantee of hours. Approved roster members receive shift opportunities and may accept or decline each request based on their availability. Available shifts are filled on a first-come, first-served basis among approved people who meet the requirements for that assignment. FCTR must confirm your assignment before you consider the shift reserved. Pay rate, date, hours, location, and duties are shared before you accept. Once you accept and FCTR confirms a shift, we expect you to arrive on time, be ready to work, and follow through on your commitment.
