Please ensure you have read all Trade Village information and the terms and conditions before submitting this form.

VENDOR DETAILS (please complete)

POWER – if applicable

Please ensure all equipment is tested and tagged prior to arriving onsite. You will not be allowed to plug any lead in that is not tagged and tested.

 

Please list any of the appliances you need to plug into our power system and the amp requirement for these. If you book power please ensure you bring your own extension lead.

STALL CONTENT

Please give a detailed description of the services you will be promoting or the items you will have for sale.  Please give details of any giveaways you anticipate having.

There may be other stallholders wanting to promote, or sell, items similar to your organisation.

Therefore, this information will help guide our decisions regarding which stalls to accept.

PAYMENT

Upon reciept of the application an invoice will be sent to your contact email address. The invoice will be payable within 7 days to secure your position. The invoice is payable by direct deposit or credit card.

●      Included a copy of my current Public Liability Cover

●      Included a copy of my current Safe Food Handling Practices approval if applicable (Food traders only)

●      Included your Food trader number if you are selling food or beverages (Food traders only)
