Ink Mania Master Canvas — Participation Details & Rules
Participation in the Ink Mania Master Canvas is limited and subject to approval.
There is a $100 team contribution (per team of three artists), and 100% of this amount will be donated to Academy Prep. This contribution confirms participation once selected.
Team-Based Format
Artists must apply as a team of three (3)
Each team will be assigned one canvas (easel)
The artwork will be created over three days:
Friday: Artist 1 begins the piece
Saturday: Artist 2 builds on the work
Sunday (morning): Artist 3 completes the piece
Each team is responsible for coordinating their participation across all three days.
Rules & Guidelines
Each artist must work only on their assigned day
All artwork must be created using chalk materials only
Artists must respect previous work on the canvas (no full erasing or covering major elements)
All artwork becomes part of the Ink Mania Master Canvas feature
Final pieces will be judged on Sunday
All artwork will be auctioned on Sunday, with 100% of proceeds going to Academy Prep
Selection Process
Submission does not guarantee participation.
Teams will be selected based on overall concept, style, and fit for the event.
Selected teams will be contacted with confirmation and next steps.
