This form is to ONLY be used for registering hike groups of 4-7 youth plus leaders. Do not register individual participants with it.
NiteHike is an overnight hiking challenge, requiring participants to complete station activites inspired to create an all around good time for the approximately thousand participants who take part each year. NiteHike will take place at UBC's Pacific Spirit Park overnight from April 11th - 12th, 2026. This year marks NiteHike's 55th year running (other than 2020 and 2021), and we're darn proud of it!
If you haven't been before, it's a great teambuilding activity for youth ages 8 and up (Scouts, Girl Guides, and BSA members welcome). Hike groups of 4 - 7 youth travel the trails of the park in the dark, stopping at approximately 20 activity stations where they complete a challenge and score points. The group that has the highest score is declared the winner, and has their group name added to the trophy for all eternity.
There's hot chocolate and lots of fun to be had! Youth participant pre-registration is $10, with two leaders per group free (additional leaders $5 each). If you pay cash at registration the fee is $10 per youth.
On site registration will be open from 630pm - 9pm. You are NOT required to be at headquarters before 630pm, and in fact will not be allowed to start at an activity station until at least 7pm regardless of when your group arrives at the HQ.
Since 2022, pre-registration is strongly encouraged so we can confirm attendance numbers. Upon submitting your form below, you will receive an additional form by email that MUST be completed in full by one leader, printed out, and presented at HQ when your group arrives at its designated time-slot.
Refunds are unable to be accomodated except in extenuating circumstances, but youth substitutions may occur, as well as adding additional youth on site at HQ.

Additional hikers may be paid for by credit or debit card at headquarters.
