  • Now in its second year, Self-Care Social™ is a curated wellness marketplace designed to create an intentional, high-quality experience for both vendors and attendees.

    This is an interest form and does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are thoughtfully reviewed to ensure alignment with the event’s vision, energy, and overall experience.

    To maintain a balanced marketplace, participation is limited to no more than three brands per category. This helps prevent oversaturation, increase visibility for each vendor, and create a stronger overall experience for attendees.

    Selected vendors will receive next steps, including payment and onboarding details. If accepted, payment is required within 48 hours to secure your space.

    This form takes 5–7 minutes to complete. You can save your progress and return at any time.

  • Vendor Setup & Location

  • Indoor Vendors: All wellness product and service vendors will be assigned indoor table or booth space.

    Standard sizes include 6×4 table space or 10×8 booth space.

    Tents and tent frames are not permitted indoors.

    Vendors will be provided a space and should plan on bringing their own tables and displays.

    Outdoor Food Court: Outdoor space is available for food trucks and select food/beverage vendors requiring cooking equipment or mobile setups.

    If you sell food or beverages and prefer outdoor placement, please indicate this in your application. Outdoor placements are limited and assigned based on menu and setup needs.

  • Acceptance Schedule

  • Vendor acceptances will begin March 26, 2026.

    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with notifications sent every Thursday until the marketplace is full.
