Official Rules & Regulations
Eligibility:
This promotion is open only to natural persons who are (i) legal homeowners and (ii) primary occupants of a residential property located within Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric’s service area in Benton or Washington County, Arkansas. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Residential Use Only:
Eligible entries must be for water heaters installed at owner-occupied residential properties. Commercial properties, multi-family properties not occupied by the owner, rental properties, and properties owned by business entities are not eligible.
Qualifying Equipment:
Eligible entries are limited to standard forty (40) gallon or fifty (50) gallon residential tank water heaters (gas or electric). Tankless systems, boilers, specialty systems, and non-standard equipment are not eligible for full prize replacement.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The submitted water heater must be at least ten (10) years old as verified by manufacturer data at the time of entry.
Proof & Verification:
Entrants must provide clear photographic evidence of the water heater and the manufacturer’s data plate. Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric (“Allied”) reserves the sole and absolute right to determine eligibility, authenticity, and age of the equipment. Allied may require in-person inspection prior to final determination.
Prize Definition:
The prize consists solely of the value of a standard installation of a forty (40) or fifty (50) gallon residential gas or electric tank water heater, as determined by Allied in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided except as expressly stated herein.
Non-Standard Equipment / Site Conditions:
If the existing system is non-standard, oversized, tankless, or otherwise requires specialized equipment, the prize value will be applied as a credit toward the total cost of replacement. Any additional costs, including but not limited to code upgrades, venting modifications, electrical or gas line work, permits, access modifications, or unforeseen site conditions, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Reimbursement Terms (Time-Limited):
If the selected winner purchases and completes a qualifying water heater replacement through Allied between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026, Allied will reimburse an amount equal to the standard installed price of a fifty (50) gallon residential gas or electric tank water heater, as determined by Allied.
Reimbursement applies only to the base replacement value and excludes all additional work, upgrades, code-required modifications, taxes, permits, and ancillary charges.
Reimbursement will be issued only after full payment has been received and installation is complete.
If installation does not occur within the stated timeframe, the reimbursement offer is null and void.
Customer Account Standing:
Entrants must have no outstanding balances, active disputes, or delinquent accounts with Allied at the time of entry, selection, and redemption. Allied reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any account-related issue at its sole discretion.
Entry Deadline:
All entries must be received on or before April 30, 2026. Late, incomplete, or non-compliant entries will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be determined based on the oldest qualifying water heater, as verified by Allied. In the event of a tie or dispute, Allied reserves the sole right to make the final determination.
Installation Requirements:
Installation must be performed by Allied at the original service address associated with the winning entry. The prize is not transferable to another property, person, or project.
Non-Transferability / No Cash Value:
The prize and any associated benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value outside of the terms expressly stated in this document.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to participation in this promotion or acceptance, installation, or use of the prize.
Right to Disqualify / Modify / Cancel:
Allied reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these rules. Allied further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice due to technical issues, fraud, or any other factors beyond its control.
Marketing & Publicity:
By entering this promotion, participants agree that Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric may use submitted photos, videos, and basic details about the water heater for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising materials.
The winner may also be featured in promotional content, which could include their first name, city, and photos or videos of the water heater before and after installation.
We will never sell your information, and we’ll always aim to present your home and project in a respectful and professional manner.
By entering, participants confirm they have permission to share any submitted photos or materials.
Final Authority:
All decisions made by Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric regarding this promotion are final and binding in all respects.
