Eligibility: The contest is open to homeowners who reside within Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric’s service area in Benton or Washington County, Arkansas. Entrants must be the legal homeowner and occupant of the residence where the water heater is installed.

Residential Equipment Only: The water heater submitted must be installed in a residential property. Commercial properties and rental properties owned by third parties are not eligible.

Qualifying Water Heater Types: Eligible entries must be for a standard 40-gallon or 50-gallon residential tank water heater, either gas or electric.

Minimum Age Requirement: The water heater must be at least ten (10) years old at the time of entry to qualify.

Proof of Equipment Age: Entrants must submit a photo of the water heater and a clear photo of the manufacturer’s plate or sticker displaying the model and serial number.

Specialty or Oversized Equipment: If the existing water heater is larger than 50 gallons, a specialty water heater, a tankless system, or otherwise not a standard 40-50 gallon unit, Allied will apply the value of a standard 40-50 gallon gas or electric water heater replacement toward the cost of the appropriate replacement system.

Code Compliance Adjustments: If additional work is required to bring the installation up to current plumbing, gas, electrical, or building code, those costs are not included in the prize. The value of the standard replacement water heater will be credited toward the total project cost.

Customer Standing: Entrants must be in good standing with Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric. Allied reserves the right to disqualify any entrant with outstanding balances, unresolved service disputes, or other account issues.

Contest Deadline: All entries must be submitted by April 30, 2026.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on the oldest verified residential water heater submitted that meets all eligibility requirements.

Verification: Allied reserves the right to inspect the water heater in person to verify the age, condition, and eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

Installation Conditions: Installation must occur at the same residential location where the qualifying water heater is currently installed.

Non-Transferable Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration or fairness of the contest.
