When you fill this form in, the contact person for the comp will contact you and try to get you into a team

Note: you must be a member of a club in the Macedon Ranges Tennis Association for Thurs Night, Wed Night and Junior Comp. For the Mid week Ladies, you must be a member of a club in the Mountain District Ladies Tennis Association
