Training & Volunteer Management Executive
1.2-4 years of experience in training support, volunteering, or community engagement initiatives. 2. Experience in planning and executing training programmes, workshops, or awareness campaigns. 3. Experience in working with NGOs, educational institutions, or government projects will be preferred. 4. Exposure to managing or coordinating volunteer networks will be an added advantage.
Training & Volunteer Management :
1. 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, programme execution, content development and Volunteer management.
2. Experience in assisting or coordinating training programmes, workshops, or awareness campaigns.

| Work Location |
The position's will be based at Women Safety Wing Headquarters, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. The role may require intra-city and occasional inter-city travel within the state for outreach programmes, coordination meetings, and awareness activities |
| Compensation |
1.Training & Volunteer Management Executive :The remuneration payable is INR 30,000/- per month, with an annual appreciation up to 10% based on performance, continuance of project and availability of funds.
2.Training & Volunteer Management :The remuneration payable is INR 25,000/- per month, with an annual appreciation up to 10% based on performance, continuance of project and availability of funds.

| Initial Tenure |
The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with the project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year, extendable annually based on performance and project requirement. |

· This is a full-time role on a third-party/outsourcing basis.
· The incumbent's will support execution of training programmes, awareness campaigns, and outreach initiatives under Women Safety Wing.
· The role's requires regular field engagement, coordination with institutions, and active participation in programme implementation.
·The candidate's are expected to assist in training delivery, maintain records, and support reporting and documentation of programme activities.
