  • Training and Volunteer Management Executive + Training and Volunteer Management 

    The position's will support the Women Safety Wing (WSW) in implementing training programmes, awareness sessions, and capacity-building initiatives related to women and child safety. The role focuses on assisting in training delivery, coordinating outreach activities, supporting content execution, and strengthening community engagement through structured programme support.

    Qualification

    Graduate from a recognized university.

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Management, or related field with 2–4 years of experience, or MBA/PG in relevant field with 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, programme management, or volunteer management roles.

    Candidates with exposure to training functions, volunteer programmes, or community-based initiatives will be preferred.

    Experience

    Training & Volunteer Management Executive

    1.2-4 years of experience in training support, volunteering, or community engagement initiatives.

    2. Experience in planning and executing training programmes, workshops, or awareness campaigns.

    3. Experience in working with NGOs, educational institutions, or government projects will be preferred.

    4. Exposure to managing or coordinating volunteer networks will be an added advantage.

    Training & Volunteer Management :

    1. 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, programme execution, content development and Volunteer management.

    2. Experience in assisting or coordinating training programmes, workshops, or awareness campaigns.

     

    Skill Sets

    1.     Ability to design and coordinate training programmes and activities.

    2. Preparation of training plans, calendars, and schedules.

    3. Strong coordination and programme management skills.

    4. Ability to manage and engage volunteer networks effectively.

    5. Data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills.

    6. Understanding of training feedback and programme impact assessment.

    7. Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods.

    8. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

    9. Ability to manage multiple training and outreach initiatives simultaneously.

    10. Presentation and facilitation skills.

    11. Working knowledge of MS Excel (reporting, tracking).

    12. Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint (training presentations).

    Languages Should be fluent in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
    Work Location The position's will be based at Women Safety Wing Headquarters, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. The role may require intra-city and occasional inter-city travel within the state for outreach programmes, coordination meetings, and awareness activities
    Compensation

    1.Training & Volunteer Management Executive :The remuneration payable is INR 30,000/- per month, with an annual appreciation up to 10% based on performance, continuance of project and availability of funds.

    2.Training & Volunteer Management :The remuneration payable is INR 25,000/- per month, with an annual appreciation up to 10% based on performance, continuance of project and availability of funds.

    Initial Tenure The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with the project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year, extendable annually based on performance and project requirement.

    Position Reports To The position's will report to Head – Training & Content Development – Women Safety Wing
    Note on Position

    · This is a full-time role on a third-party/outsourcing basis.

    · The incumbent's will support execution of  training programmes, awareness campaigns, and outreach initiatives under Women Safety Wing.

    · The role's requires regular field engagement, coordination with institutions, and active participation in programme implementation.

    ·The candidate's are expected to assist in training delivery, maintain records, and support reporting and documentation of programme activities.
